1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Calsify (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Calsify.

2. Description of Service

Calsify is a portfolio analytics platform for Indian equities listed on NSE/BSE. It provides analysis, visualisation, and reporting tools. It does not constitute financial advice, brokerage services, or investment management.

3. Not Financial Advice

All analysis, projections, and outputs provided by Calsify are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any investment. You should consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use this Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support.calsify@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Data You Provide

You may upload portfolio data (holdings, transaction history) to use the Service. You retain ownership of your data. By uploading data you grant Calsify a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Supabase (authentication and data storage), Google Sheets (optional portfolio sync), Razorpay (payment processing), Zerodha Kite (optional holdings import), and market data providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on this platform (excluding your data) is the property of Calsify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of market data, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calsify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
